Same Day Processing
- Orders must be received before 10am weekdays
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on the following Monday. When possible we will deliver orders over the weekend
- Applicable to delivery address only within 11km of our store
- Accessible home addresses only. Our drivers will need clear access to your nominated delivery location without obstructions
- Customer must be contactable to confirm delivery on the day
- May not be applicable to bulky items. Depending on the vehicles available to us on the day, we will endeavour to get your bulky delivery to you as fast as possible
- Business days defined as Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
No, you will not be required to sign for your delivery
Delivery availability
Delivery is available to any valid address across Australia (where a product is ordered through ducatsita.com.au and the nominated address is located in Australia
If you select the delivery option when you place an order, you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee. However, if the cost to deliver the product to you significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are located in a remote area or have placed a special order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.
Place an order
You can place an order at any time on our website at ducatsita.com.au by logging into your account, or by creating a guest account.
You are notified whether a product is available in your selected store at the time you place an order. However, if for any reason your product is not available or your order exceeds the maximum allowable quantity, we will contact you using the details you entered when you placed the order and offer an alternative to you.
If you select the delivery option when you place an order, we may make multiple deliveries to fulfill your order.
Payment
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard), Afterpay, Zip Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay. We do not charge any additional fees for using any of our payment facilities.
Delivery time
If you select the delivery option when you place an order, it may take 3-12 business days for your order to be delivered to your nominated address. The delivery of your order may be delayed if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, personal or payment details require verification for fraud prevention purposes, a product is not stocked near to your nominated address or there are other factors outside of our control.

If you are not happy with a product you have purchased or you have changed your mind, simply return it to our store for a refund or exchange.
Conditions of return
To enable our staff to process your return or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
If you change your mind concerning a purchase, you will need to return your product within 30 days. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we may still offer a credit in the form of a gift card or provide an exchange for a similar product.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the productβs instructions.
Assessing your return
If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. Products that are likely to require assessment include car audio, electrical and motor driven products, power tools, and specially procured items.
We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
The Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
